General information about botanical dye stuffs. This information comes from a variety of sources, books, websites and my own personal experience.
Sappanwood
Sometimes referred to Eastern Brazilwood (different from Brazilwood which is endangered). Use at 20% WoF for warm reds and 50%-100% for deep crimson reds. Wash fast but somewhat fugitive to light.
